3. You need of skim milk.

6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking powder and baking soda.
7. Prepare 1 of pinch of salt.

1. Mix the flour , baking powder and soda, salt together well in a big mug.
2. Add the condensed milk , oil , vanilla extract together and mix the batter.
3. Keep adding milk slowly on and on , till u acheive ribbon like flowy batter ..
4. Bake at 600 watts fr 2 min or 900 watts for 90 seconds ..
5. Add your favourite topping or enjoy plain !.
